"This law firm , Gibbs Houston pauw , they are retired , they didn't even informed their clients that they are retired , the new attorney , who is handling the law firm he is charging too much for new customers for taking their cases , they work unprofessional, first of all he have to decide to change the name of the firm , he is using different names , and those attorneys didn't have good name in the market, they was handling my case , and they charge me for every single time whenever I tried to contact them, even though a miss call charged me $60 , they charge for unnecessary things , this thing frustrates me alot, they took $25,000 from me , made my case bad, whenever u go there and talk with them, ,,, they always misguide their clients, I highly recommend that only those people can go there who have 25-50k cash ! Find a better attorney if u want a good representation"

"Gibbs Houston Pauw is amazing when you need immigration help. My I-485 case had been in limbo for over five long years, leaving me in a state of continual worry. The team at Gibbs Houston Pauw, however, came as a beacon of hope. They guided me through the process of filing a Writ of Mandamus to address the undue delay in my case. Thanks to them, my case was finally resolved and I got my Green Card! I definitely recommend Gibbs Houston Pauw to anyone in need of legal assistance for immigration matters. And some (minor) constructive feedback I feel like due (hence minus one star): * Money trust. They decided to bill me hourly and asked to put money in the trust. They use Clio for payments and the only option to pay was credit card. Nowhere did it say additional "credit card" fees would incur - had I known that, I would have asked for an option to pay by a check (that option didn't exist online). * Some minor unnecessary charges. Example: USCIS sent me a request for more evidence. Instead of waiting for a day for the actual letter to arrive, they charged me $55 to electronically retrieve the request right away. The actual letter came in the mail the next day. That happened twice - when case was approved too. I feel like we could have waited another day (heck, I've been waiting for 5 years on this case). But this was a tiny thing compared to overall bill. Anyway, kudos to these guys - absolute professionals, open, and great to work with!"
