"Took my 4 year old daughter here for daycare after moving to Lacey. It was really hard to find a suitable place for my very social and energetic daughter ! They were patient, worked with all of us when she had her standard 4 year old girl tantrums! They have been so gracious and a godsend ! Would highly recommend to anyone!!"

"My husband and I did a tour for the infant room because were expecting our 1st child. When we got there we rang the doorbell 3 times because no one was coming to the door and there was people standing right by the door talking. The assistant director then opens the door for us and the first thing she says to us is there's a doorbell right there. Her saying that is making me think the doorbell actually doesn't work but she seen us standing outside for about 3-5 mins and didn't even bother to come answer the door. She shows the infant room and was talking so fast that we couldn't catch anything she was saying, our tour lasted 5 mins and then she walked us out to the front door. I've never felt so rushed for a tour this is a place I wouldn't feel comfortable bringing my baby to especially since it's my first child. I wasn’t very happy with my experience"

"My Toddler attends West Olympia Kindercare and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care she receives. Her teachers are absolutely wonderful with kids. They provide the warmth, love, and nurturing environment I was looking for in a daycare. If you are looking for a place that feels more ‘homey’ and has staff that introduces themselves to you and remembers your name, check this place out!"

"We have been with KinderCare for over 4 years now and we love this center and all staff. Our 2 children ages 4 and 1 attend the center full time, and we absolutely feel like our children are truly cared for and loved at KinderCare. The teachers and staff always make sure to keep us up to date on day to day activities and never fail to notify us of any occurrences. My wife and I highly recommend this center to any parents struggling with leaving their children in the care of others."

"There is a little room for improvement concerning awareness, but scant little. I love KinderCare! My daughter has been here since January and she loves it. The teachers love her and the staff is always friendly and nice. They're very sympathetic to families and compassionate with the children."
