"Honestly, this experience was a joke. From the very beginning I should have turned around and went to a different hotel. The office staff was ok with me being greeted by five people smoking cigarettes at the front door. Yep, it's always enjoyable to walk through a cloud of smoke as you're entering your "non-smoking" hotel. Then I come to find out that the only cart they have to help with baggage is not working. Of course, no offer to help me carry heavy items. Upon taking the slowest elevator in the world to my room, the disappointment continued with a barely cleaned room with uncomfortable furniture. The real pleasure came at bedtime (11 p.m.). It was then discovered that this is the LOUDEST hotel in the history of hotels. My guess is that there were six or more children in the studio room next to me and elephants in room above. This lasted all night and finally at 6 a.m., I just got up. Needless to say, I would not choose to stay here for an hour, let alone an "extended stay"."

"My husband & I have stayed here twice and both times we never got our kitchen kit so we had to eat out even though we had planned on cooking in room. This also left us having to rely on the Grab&Go breakfast where my husband was told he could only have ONE muffin (even though I was in the room and asked him to get me one too). My husband has Muscular Dystrophy so he is very very skinny and immediately upon checkin we noticed staff treating him like he was a drugaddict. This place has potential to be great if only their staff was better trained in TRUE HOSPITALITY."

"I stayed here a few weeks ago and forgot to write a review. Room was very clean and excellent! From desk was a lot of help. Manger ruby was so friendly I will return just because staff alone super friendly good conversation and great company"

"When a friend and I checked in at the front desk and were greeted by Deidre. She was nice and seemed to know her job well and she made sure all of our needs were met before we headed to our room. The room was very nice and our stay was peaceful. Breakfast was everything Deidre told us it would be. Checked out with Ruby and she was nice and helpful as well. We will be back soon, thanks."

"*ROACHES, ANTS, NO LAUNDRY* I had high hopes for this establishment. I am a clinician with a contract at the OHSU children’s hospital. What’s advertised, but not delivered, are working washing machines, clean rooms, and dryers. In turn, I was not allowed to use the in house laundry either, even with everyone at the front desk being notified I needed to wash my scrubs before work. Instead of being able to sleep before work(nightshift), I’m running around town trying to find a laundromat with space. What’s not advertised are THE ROACHES (with eggs) and ants. I woke up with ants in my bed. No one was at the front desk at that time. I do not have faith that my needs will be addressed, thus, reason for this review. The establishment also smells of smoke in my room coming from other units. There is also the smell of feet. I then cleaned the floor myself. *I have notified my nursing agency of these deplorable circumstances, so they can warn other travelers.* Pictures and video to follow. This place is a waste of money and a potential health risk. *Update 11/08/23* My nursing agency got involved, had their own investigation of this establishment, and took them off their list of recommended places to stay. I was able to find a furnished apartment FOR LESS than what I paid at Extended Stay."
