"stay was fine (room was nice). but motel associate told me they had a problem with people smoking in the hotel so don't do it. or you will be fined a bunch. fine (as expected). I think what he was really trying to tell me is your non smoking room might smell a little (or a lot) like smoke (and it did). 3 months later I am reviewing my credit card statement. I notice the $100 deposit shown for incidentals. but I didn't get all of it back (got most of it). have no idea why. is someone at this super 8 trying to bleed a few extra dollars out of some of it's customers? HAS THIS BEEN HAPPENING TO ANYONE ELSE? my big problem is they didn't let me know why. they have my email address (as I always get an email from super 8 after I book my hotel online). so it was no effort at all to send me a quick email with a breakdown of what I supposedly broke and how much it cost to fix (I think the reason they didn't is because I didn't do any $10 worth of damage)."

"This is a run down property that needs renovation. The first room had a used and clogged toilet, and should have been taken out of service. The second room we were given had a broken TV. The third room was adequate but old and dated. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to correct the problems."

"I stayed at this establishment on my trip to Oregon. I am from Arizona. Due to circumstances that were really out of my control. I stayed here with my boyfriend. The room was satisfactory as well as the accomodations. I had been told not to stay here due to the company that is around the neighborhood but... I did. As for the most part....it was okay. Was able to go to a nearby restaurant for food late in the evening. I can't completely blame all my negativity on this place but I can to a certain extent. I would NOT recommend this place to stay. I knew a deposit of a $100 was going to be charged to me and refunded to me upon my departure of the establishment. But, because my boyfriend and I TOOK TOO LONG to exit ...... my deposit was kept. I found this out a few days before returning to Arizona. A very unhappy person I was after finding this out. If I would have known leaving a little late would do that, I would have rushed out of there. So just letting you know, make sure you know what the policy is upon departing from this establishment before signing the agreement of staying here. If I would have known... circumstances would have been different. You don't know their policies and procedures about departure from this place. There may be an under laying clause. So the next time visiting Oregon....will not be staying here."

"Hands down one of the worst and most unclean motels I have ever stayed in. Listing some of the issues below: 1. Horrific strong smell of blech and phenyl as soon as we entered. It was nauseating beyond description. 2. Grease on paintings. The rooms are small as it is and that is fine. But that meant paintings were right close to our eyesight and when you see disgusting grease it doesnt help. 3. Room floors were sticky and oily. 4. Was waken up early because of loud music coming in through paper thin walls. Our room was also beside vending machine and we could hear everyone coming to get a drink. Overall experience was so disgusting that we basically stayed 1 night and cancelled our second night stay. (The staff were pretty good about that) The only reason we stayed the night was that we arrived close to midnight after a tiring long journey. Also overheard at least 4 people complaining about their rooms."

"The staff were friendly and they let us park our motorcycle on the sidewalk right outside the office window, which was very nice. The rooms were clean, no issues there, however the beds were beyond soft. Like you fall into the center of the mattress in a pit and can’t pull yourself out. It was weird. Two of the outlets didn’t work. One was kind of hanging by its wires. Also, there were people coming in and out of their rooms at 2 and 3am, repeatedly slamming the doors. I would be generous and give it four stars but it was right after the 4th of July and the price of the room was really high. Definitely wasn’t worth the price we paid but we needed a place to stay."
