"Called in to front desk today at 7pm Jan 4 2024. Asking if we can request a connected rooms. She told me only 2 set available and even though if we paid full for it, is not guaranteed. So she said basically we have to be there before the other group arrive or they got the room. This is stupid policy, as platinum member, I stayed in many Marriot brand and as soon as you paid Full, they will save the rooms for u. With this person who answer the phone, it doesn't matter when you paid full your room a month a head is not a guarantee your request. Because based on her, you ever comes first got the rooms. I understand if the rooms were occupied if the guests stayed for a weeks before me. This is the 1st I experience this."

"They were great about getting my dad checked in early after the Hilton Garden Inn across the street gave his 7 night stay room away to someone else because his flight got delayed and he didn't arrive till 3. Super understanding staff and the room was very clean."

"My partner and I had a "staycation" here for the Fourth of July, and I found it to be a pretty nice hotel. Not too big, and pretty clean. It has all the necessities that any two-star hotel room should have, though I was disappointed that the bathroom had no bathtub. The air conditioning worked very well, area was pretty quiet even during a noisy holiday. Front desk service was efficient and always present if anything was needed."
