"The good: -Most of the staff are really courteous and nice, and go out of their way to provide good service -Its in a great location on the Metro line, with many shops and a food cart court being a small walk away -Despite it's central location it's really quiet -The rooms are especially soundproofed, as I had no idea there was other people in the rooms around me till breakfast -The amenities are great, like a large breakfast bar and a gym -Great view of the street, but also a dual set of shades that either blocked some light or all of it The bad: -One of the valets was rude every time he had to do his job. The rest of the valet team was great -Due to there being an adjoining door to the next room, we came back one night and our room stank of smoke (Smoking was not allowed, but people break the rules) -If you don't pay for the valet parking, parking can be a nightmare to find due to the nearby apartments having street parking. There is also a parking garage nearby for 15/night Overall, a good experience and recommended."

"This hotel is hands down the best we've stayed in. We had an awful winter storm in our city, which filled this hotel to capacity with so many folks without power. The valet drivers smiled, were kind, and took great care of our car. The hotel staff was incredible under the ongoing pressures and stresses placed upon them. The room was warm when we got there and nicely set up, lots of outlets which was a plus. The breakfast setup was wonderfully done with many choices. Highly recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is really nice. Pros: We had the king suite and paid $122 for the night. The hotel was really clean, valet parking, free breakfast. The room - the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The room was fairly large with a kitchen, sitting area, and the bedroom was roomy! The bathroom large with a really great shower! Cons: The parking is not available unless you pay for valet or try to find street parking. But $30 isn’t bad for parking. The max station is right there so the noise could be annoying for some not expecting it."

"Friendly staff and very clean hotel a short and easy drive from whatever you want to see in Portland. The area is super quiet despite a nearby train, and the shades are really good at blocking light so it was super easy to get a long slumber in even after sunrise. Parking garage very nearby was 15 dollars a night, not as good as free but still not bad. This will probably be our go to for Portland trip hotel going forward."

"Very nice property next to tons of shopping and restaurants. Check in was a little confusing and awkward with the $30/day mandatory valet parking, however got it figured out and got checked in. Rooms were very nice, clean, and quiet. Complimentary breakfast was great and I enjoyed every day of my stay. Staff was great especially valet guy. Could not find one thing wrong with this place other than it’s slightly remote from downtown and other parts of Portland."
