Extended Stay America - Portland - Vancouver

"I was robbed by the front desk attendant on my second night there. After coming back from a long day the the hospital I opened my room and found all my belongings gone. The front desk staff admitted to removing my belongings from the room saying she thought I checked out and abandoned them. ( still had one night left on my reservation) after taking inventory of things removed there were items missing. I decided to cancel my stay immediately and she refused to give a full refund. I’m now waiting to hear back from corporate about my complaint and there theft. The room stunk like death and the shower did not work. I will never stay at another extended stay property in my life!!!"

"It is a room if you need it. Fair on price and fairly clean. Well clean but not over clean and once we stayed here and there was a nasty chemical smell. Made them give us a diffrent room."

"The staff was nice and helpful and did the best they could with what they had access to. The room sucked! The TV didn’t work. There was hair in the shower from a different guest. The tub did not drain while I showered so I stood in water. Some guests don’t pick up after their dogs even though the hotel supplies poop bags so watch out for poop. There was garbage piled up in the building and at the dumpsters. The floor I was on smelled like cigarettes in a certain section. The floor in the elevator needed a vacuum! My key card would not work on the only entry door. I would definitely not pick this place in the future."

"Absolutely horrific, Sheets were not changed and had body hair in them. Nasty substance on the desk Clerk told me she could not have the room cleaned or change me rooms and that the best she could do was give me new sheets to change in my own. Overall very poor service and one of the most disgusting hotels I've ever stayed in. I swear this is actually a homeless shelter"

"Impressive cleanliness of exterior and Hotel overall. Staff truly helpful.The current Management is Security conscious, and lockable Gates protect the Parking areas. Our remodeled, very clean room a great surprise. TV, fixtures and good kitchenette appliances all worked. Dog owners cleaned up after Pets, and guests were quiet and pleasant. Travel frequently, and this affordable stay was near perfect. Breakfast Euro- style: Muffins, cereals, fresh Coffee and Teas."
