He didn't open the email sent 27 hours prior, saw it this morning he said but didn't do anything about it until I called ...Another reason? Too many phone calls to him. Didn't call for 27 hours and he didn't deliver causing me to miss date and have to refile. I was very disappointed by the service this place provided.
