"This is my favorite place downtown. Everyone who works there is so kind, you feel like you have friends as soon as you step inside. There's a great assortment of local businesses represented throughout the store, and the craft area is such a nice place to relax and make something pretty. They have great events through the year, and have a coffee bar ready to go in about a month or so. It's such a happy place to be. I tell everyone about The Workshop!"

"Favorite place to buy gifts for both my kiddos and other in The Dalles. Really sweet decorations for holidays and all price points included from $5 ornaments you can color there with their supplies to larger kits of all themes. You can make them there with nice paints and pens/markers they provide ir take home. My 2 and 5 year old look forward to making their garlands we’ve gotten them for birthdays and Christmas and Easter. Also, great stuff for adults too. Nice baby selection including some quality shoes which can be hard to find. Fun golden egg hunt for first Friday."

"Amazing store and workshop owned and run by two of the nicest people you will ever find. My family recently moved to a new neighborhood (called The Beach Village). I sent them a logo of the neighborhood looking to create a wooden sign to hang on our front entrance. That was all they needed and they more then nailed it. These guys are pros for any custom woodens. You won't find better quality or more friendly service anywhere else."
