Unacceptable on any level, but considering the lack of shopping going on in the retail world, it seams that a salesman would have been extremely excited at the opportunity to sell several thousand dollars worth of roofing, lumber etc. over twenty days have passed. Also, I find your website almost as helpful as the folks answering (not) emails. You solicited a review from me. I did not seek out a means of dumping this negative review on you. The service and follow though is everything in the retail world. You failed me and lost a big job. I really wanted to keep my money local. It’s hard when you can’t get a return call, email or text."
