"This location keeps amazing me on how ineffective they can be. Ordered some photos online, and the order was supposed to be ready early morning next day. I dropped by after work in the afternoon and they said their machine was not working. The order still appears as "being prepared", ha. AVOID at all costs. Big disconnect between services offered and actual services available."
"Worst photo service. I took photos for my passport and the lady printed two different photos with blurred background. Won’t recommend"
"I lost my wallet and my only card left was a cash app card. I wanted to load some money onto it and I was really happy with how fast and easy it was to this at Walgreens."
"Placed order online, got confirmation email. Went into store to pick up order at the time it said it’s available, and the store let me know that their machine has been down for a week and I need to call the 800 number to cancel the order. When I called the number, they told me they were unable to cancel it and I had to go into the store. Nightmare."
"Racial profiling! I'll elaborate, I went in to see if they had scissors for trimming hair, I was followed by two security that asked a clerk on the second floor if I was seen putting something in my pocket, I heard her say "no", the white one said "you know he put something in his pocket because I saw it with my own eyes" I soon after asked the same clerk if they had scissors, she said "no". So I made my way back down to first floor and was promptly blocked by a white guy asking me what was in my pockets I showed him my phone and I had nothing else in my pockets..so he claimed I put whatever he saw back where it was when the only thing I had in my hands was my phone."
