"I used to love this place. The lobby is spa-like and inviting and the massage therapists have uniformly been excellent, responsive, and provide great service. But some management-led changes affected the ability of medical massage customers to book like regular customers can (which from what I could hear in the lobby caused a lot of consternation). And when a massage therapist recently left they canceled my appointments, made no effort to reschedule them, and despite promising to be in contact to get me set up with new appointments have been completely radio silent. It's pretty apparent that management doesn't treat their staff or customers well, which is really unfortunate."

"Just had an appointment with Sheila. They were very professional and nice. They gave me some tips here and there. I had a 60 min deep tissue massage. I felt like she started out strong on legs but the target areas felt like they didn’t get massaged (neck/shoulders). I felt like she was just rubbing the surface of my skin. I honestly didn’t feel any relief coming to this place. Still on the hunt for the best massage therapist in this area. Left feeling pretty disappointed."

"This place is so cute and really clean! My massage therapist was really nice and did such a good job I really enjoyed her. I thought it was a little weird that there was no music though it made it a little hard to relax. Overall I really liked my therapist she helped me out so much and I feel so much better after!"
