One of them is her first time going to the dentist. i just know everytime we brush her teeth it's a battle so we didn't know how she's going to react. But LItzy the dental assistant was so nice to her and did amazing job to my 3 years old daughter she was smiling the whole time."

"Dr Hayes called child protective services on us. We then called the ADA on Dr Richard Hayes because Dr Hayes said our daughter needed a very invasive surgery and heavy medication. He wouldn’t even talk to our daughter just to us. He got so mad when we told him that we wanted a second opinion, that he walked out of the room. We didn’t know if we were supposed to wait or go to the counter to schedule another visit. We sat and waited next to our daughter’s dental chair for a while before finally, walking out to the counter, confused. We had waited months to get to see Dr. Hayes, and when we were finally able to be seen, he told us, in front of her, “her mouth is a train wreck, I can’t do anything with it right now.” he said he couldn’t do anything for another two months because of how bad it was and how busy he was. We called ‘Happy Kids Dentistry’. Happy Kids Dentistry was able to get us in with a week when Dr Hayes said it would be two months. They performed a much less invasive procedure by just capping the 4 teeth. After we left, Dr. Hayes called child protective services on us. When child protective services arrived, luckily, we had already gotten our kids teeth fixed at at Happy Kids Dentistry. Happy kids was able to get us in within a week."

"They are so nice! My kids like this place and so do I! Fun token for a quarter toy when they are done! My kids look forward to going. My daughter had a cavity filled today and she just turned three! It was sort of scary for me, but she did okay and now home relaxing."

We have never had an issue scheduling an appointment at a time that works for us, even when we have needed a more urgent appointment. Our daughter has had a cavity filled here and the hygienists and the dentist were incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to explain everything to her before it happened, and were honest and respectful of her questions and fears. When we brought our son in for his checkup, our dentist remembered that our daughter had been in for her filling several months before and asked us how she did after the procedure. Reception answers the phone quickly and are always patient with me trying to find a time that works juggling two kiddos. Overall the best kids dentist experience we have had by miles."

"This place is amazing!!! Dr. Hay is a fantastic dentist and so great with kids and all of the dental assistants are super friendly. Had a first appointment for both kids and they got cleaned and x-rayed and they got them back within a week to fix all issues. And in one visit for each kid! Theres also an orthodontist here as well! Which is super convienent. I am extremely impressed and will recommend Kids Dental to every parent I know!"
