"Dr Wan was wonderful and professional as always! His assistant that day I cannot say as much. She didn't bother to introduce herself when she came in, she put the bib on me, asked if I wanted glasses, brought back a pair, and left. I did have to wait a while for service, but that can be normal for any medical appts. When things did begin, the assistant didn't listen to what the doctor was saying, took some wrong xrays (which had to be done again), and talked over what the doctor was saying to me. Upon time to go, she didn't bother wiping my face down, taking the bib or goggles. She continued talking over the dr, as he was talking to me about future planning. When done, I took the glasses of, the bib off, put them on the counter and left. She was "talking" on the phone to ??. As mentioned, Dr. Wan was wonderful as usual, but the assistant has much to be desired/learned."

Absolutely everyone at the office is a gem, especially Evelina, the hygienist. I've had multiple fillings, exams, x-rays and a cleaning, and every appointment has been as easy as a dental visit can be.
