"This is the WORST place to get dental work done. If you can go ANYWERE ELSE do it. They take forever to call you back for a scheduled appointment even when you early or on-time. Then they will stop working on your teeth and force you to have to come in over and over to get something fixed. My husband has had to come back 3 times for a simple root canal cause they stopped working on it in the middle cause they said they ran out of time even though he sat there for 30 min after his appointment time waiting to be called back. They bring truth to the meaning of enjoying inflicting pain on people. Safe you self so much pain and lack of good care and just DONT GO HERE"

"I want to share the experience that I have had with Dr. Sue and their staff. Prior to me seeing Dr. Sue I had severe dental anxiety from a previous dental experience, but also needed to have significant work done on my teeth as my dental anxiety had prevented me from making appts and keeping them. However, thanks to Dr. Sue and her staff this has not only started to change, but has changed drastically. I love that when I come in to her office the staff is friendly, smiling, and always reassuring me. Dr. Sue then thoroughly explains each step of the procedure I am getting done and frequently checks in on me through out the procedure to assure I am not experiencing pain. Thank you Dr. Sue for your compassionate and pain free start to my journey of fixing my teeth."

"Hello! I just want to share my experience with Doctor Michelle Sue here at Sea Mar Tumwater. I would say my experience echoes many of the other great reviews on here for Dr Sue as I agree she is a very no nonsense personality and is one of those people who is going to give it to you straight but I would say this is one of the ways she shows the value she holds for her patients. I found her geniune and of all of the dentists I have seen, I would choose to work with her above the others where possible. The procedures she provided for me went off without a hitch and I am very pleased with the work she did. Ty Dr Sue!"

"If I could go lower I would. This office is a joke. The last appointment for my son I was told that I’d have to reschedule for another day because it’s a day too soon to bill insurance for this appointment. Funny thing is they never bill the appointment before this one to insurance. Which I mentioned MULTIPLE times and the office staff refused to keep my son’s appointment. Whatever I’ll just say whatever gentleman was work clearly doesn’t know what he was doing. Today I go in for my son’s appointment where they called me twoish months ago to change from Monday to Tuesday because the dentist would be “out of office” conveniently. I drive out of my way and waste my gas after confirming his appointment for today. Only for the office staff to tell me “oh we actually tried calling you yesterday. The dentist is sick so he isn’t in.” I never received a call. I verified my number with the staff which is what they have on file. They need to do more to reach out. Clearly if you didn’t get into contact and say you left a voicemail to cancel then you need to do more to reach out. There is email, my chart, etc. I’m more so frustrated that now my son needs to wait until February to be see again now since they are all booked out. Will 100% be finding a new dentist. 10/10 would not recommend this office to my worst enemy."

"I have visited four different dental offices in the Olympia area (Not Sea Mar), and Dr. Sue stands out from the rest. Unlike other dentists who focus on "UPSELLING" and maximizing on their patient visits, Dr. Sue values her patients' time and respects our situation. Although she may come off as intimidating at first, she quickly warms up to us, and it's evident that she genuinely cares about our dental health. She is unpretentious and straightforward, never sugarcoating any problems or wasting time. More importantly, Dr. Sue is highly skilled at identifying and resolving dental issues promptly. If I ever need a root canal, Dr. Sue will be the only dentist I trust in Thurston County. Lastly, Kelcey, who works with Dr. Sue, is a bright and enthusiastic individual with a promising future. I feel like they make a great team together, as Kelcey possesses remarkable empathy and immense patience. Overall, I feel very safe and comfortable receiving treatment from Dr. Sue."
