"I chose this clinic based off of the positive reviews on Google. When I had my consultation and sleep study in November, it seemed promising. They were easy to reach and informative. After my sleep study I started to feel like things were not being explained well. I was told I would likely need a second sleep study if I did not have severe sleep apnea. So when I was called to schedule a second sleep study I thought that’s what it was. I asked why this one was so long and they said I was being tested for narcolepsy. I felt like my daytime sleepiness isn’t severe enough to be narcolepsy so the way things were worded I thought this test was being done as a formality out of precaution and was standard if someone didn’t have severe sleep apnea. I chose not to schedule it because I wanted to see if I could get some blood work done first that might point to my daytime sleepiness. Fast forward to December when I’m trying to get life insurance and the life insurance company wants to know why I didn’t do the second sleep study. I told them I thought it was just something the clinic wanted to do out of precaution. They asked me to get something in writing from the clinic. So I called to ask them about it. I was told the second sleep study ordered for me is not standard and is rarely ordered. So I chose to go through with it. I had to get another authorization from insurance before I could schedule an appointment because the first one had expired by then. Once the authorization came through I got automated texts, emails, and phone calls letting me know it was time to schedule my appointment. So I called and left a message. I called for weeks with no answer and no call returning my voicemails. My insurance agent also called multiple times with no answer. I finally got my appointment made. I assumed they would send me pre-appointment instructions again since this was a different test. I never got any. I also noticed a discrepancy between the time I thought I made my appointment for and the time in the emailed appointment reminder. I thought I made my appointment for February 22 at 9 PM. However the email and voicemail I got said my appointment was at 9:15 AM on February 23. I called twice and left one voicemail during business hours on the 22 to make sure I had the correct appointment time, date and instructions. I never received a call back so I decided I must have made the mistake and I would show up at the date and time I was provided in the email and voicemail reminders. I was caught off guard when I received a call from the tech at 9:30 PM on the 22, asking if I was going to be able to make it in. I let him know that the scheduled reminder I was sent told me to come in the next morning and I never got a call back after I tried to do my due diligence and verify the correct time. He apologized and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I asked if I could try to make it in since I took time off work and needed to get the study done for insurance. He said that was fine. Unfortunately, I was still unable to make it to my appointment due to such short notice. Bottom line, I would have made it to my appointment had I been called back and given the proper appointment time and I wouldn’t have had to take unnecessary time off from work."
"Easy to schedule. The doctor was very informative and allowed me to make decisions about my care instead of just deciding for me. The location is easy to find. Scheduling staff and nurse were also very kind and easy to talk to."
"Bruce my doctor is great. The office is not reachable by phone. I left 6 unreturned messages. I only reached them at all because I called the wrong office. Despite liking my doctor, if this was a stock I'd short it. A business can't last like this."
"I was super nervous going in, however, as soon as I got there my tech was so nice and he explained every single thing he was doing and what to expect. Every question I had he answered and it made me a lot more relaxed. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, they had TV and cable, a fan. I was pleasantly pleased with my night there."
"The technician working with me provided excellent customer care. She was attentive to my needs and explained the process before and during. She accommodated my comfort upon request. Having the television available was also helpful, as it is difficult for me to sleep in unfamiliar surroundings. The bed was bit too soft for me, but it is not a complaint. I thought the experience went very well."
