"My experience with Olympia Therapy and Suzanne was absolutely awful. I reported grooming behavior of a minor from her mother's boyfriend to Suzanne. I then reported it to CPS and another provider that took it seriously and also reported the conduct. On Suzanne and Olympia Therapy's side they did nothing. They did not even acknowledge the email. When it became clear that they would take no action on the potential abuse of a minor, that they are required to report by law, I stopped contact and stopped paying towards my account. I just found out that they have sent me to collections for $250. Bottom line is that they will take legal action to get paid, but when it comes to the safety of a minor it appears that they could not care less."

"My experience with this clinic did not end well. In defense of the providers, they could be excellent providers, but I would not know as I did not get the chance to see one. I, through my own fault had missed my appointnment due to mixing up the dates in my head. When I came in the day that I thought my appointment was, I was told that it was the day before and there was no way that it could’ve been scheduled with the therapist at that time since she had something going on the same time every Wednesday. And that I could not be seen with that provider ever again per her choice, but that I couldn’t see any provider at that clinic either because of my missed appointment, but they would gladly give a referral. I understand that it was my fault, I even understand that provider choosing not to see me, but to not be able to see any of the providers when I was not told at the time of making the appointment, nor did I sign a noshow or cancellation policy as of yet, that if I missed it that this would happen. I would’ve gladly paid a fee, and also been given a warning if it happens again they would not be able to see me. That I could understand as I work in the medical field and no how frustrating it can be. But this seemed to be really harsh, and unnecessary. I’ve never come across on office that was that extreme, over a mistake. It was not very empathetic, So I would not recommend these providers to anyone."

"Marla is a great counselor, but I did not appreciate when I told her that I changed my work schedule from Friday to Monday she told me that it was no problem, however she forgot to tell me that she does really see that many patients on Mondays. I have to find out through the reception and therefore, I was left without a counselor and looking for a new one. Not cool at all Marla, you should had said something in our sessions that you couldn't see me any longer I should not have found out though the receptionist"

"Cary Hamilton is great! The office is nice, friendly, and clean. Everyone I've met here has been very friendly and nice to deal with."
