"Was treated by NP Kristen Nicole Willis. Please know your rights as a patient if you seek treatment at this facility. If needed file a complaint with the Washington Medical Comission. My experience was dehumanizing and disrespectful. My issues were not addressed. My credit card and insurance were billed however. I left multiple messages with Jenn at front desk to have a supervisor arrange a new doctor. She never called back. This is literal negligence."

"NEW PATIENT HEADS UP!! If you think your first appointment (at least 4 months out) is an exam, you are wrong. It's a cash cow chat with the doctor & not your wellness care visit. You will also have to pay extra co-pay for labs & go to the lab for those. All about money these days!! Make your appointment for your annual physical at the same time you make your new patient appointment to avoid another 4 month wait."

"I went in to this facility for SEVERE anxiety attacks. The way I was treated by the female P.A. I saw today....she literally made me feel 50x worse, and was absolutely no help. They advertise all the time how important it is to talk to your health care team about mental health and this experience made me throw my hands up and say...I am done dealing with health care providers like this. To be made to feel like your being kicked when your down, and your reaching for help and hit a big brick wall!!!! In the form if your health care team! No thanks!"

"Went to urgent care and they barely examined me, told me to get sudafed, and that was it. Made an appointment with family medicine and they were only able to give me a virtual appointment and after asking if they’d be able to actually care for me that way, the receptionist reassured me saying that it works just as well. In the appointment, the doctor basically told me that without an in person examination there was nothing she could do and told me to take a different over the counter medicine. Absurdly unhelpful. Do not recommend"
