"I recently had extensive sinus surgery with Dr. Harris which I was terrified to have because of previous surgery issues (not with Dr. Harris). My surgery went great, I am almost 3 weeks post surgery and can breathe again. Dr. Harris and his office have been amazing every single time I go in. I never have to wait, he is always on time and he is extremely fantastic at communicating. His office and nurse are kind, caring and friendly. He takes all the time to answer all of my questions. He went above and beyond to assure my surgery fears were heard. He also has always answered all of my questions and I have a lot. I never felt he was rushed to go to the next patient. Also, I really appreciated the fact that he doesn't hand our pharmaceuticals like candy, only if you truly need them. I recommend him to everybody!! I've had many surgeries and he was one of the two BEST!"

"Dr Harris is very attentive and friendly. He and the receptionists and nurses are all attentive and caring. I have had nosebleeds over three years cauterized three times. I am grateful there is a solution. As it is in an odd place, if it comes back I will have to have hospitalization and deeper cautery. Dr Harris is very careful not to cause pain."

"This place is AMAZING! I have been dealing with nose bleeds for ten years and have been too afraid to get a vein cauterized. The front office staff was super friendly and thorough with the check-in process. Amy, Dr. Harris’s assistant made my anxiety go down right when I got into the exam room. Dr. Harris was extremely informative and talked through everything he was doing. His goal was no pain during the procedure and he succeeded. Amy was there the whole time to keep my anxiety at ease. 10/10 recommend this facility, especially if you have some anxiety!"

"Dr. Harris is an excellent ENT. He listened intently to my issues and ordered the appropriate tests which he went over with me in his office at a later appt. After discussing options, I decided to do nothing at this time. He supported my decision, but had I opted to proceed with surgery, he would have supported that as well. My body, my decision. He's respectful and pleasant and I found his staff to be professional although I have had to wait a while for the receptionist to get free a few times."

"I'd put a zero if I could. Neither the desk nor does Dr. Harris care about their patients. But apparently he can read minds, "You're not in pain." Boyfriend went in for surgery to place tubes in his ear, Harris says 'well this isn't normally where we put them in, but this will do", 48 hours later he's completely deaf. We come back in complaining about pressure pain, he forces liquid down his ear and causes intense pain. Went into the ER and found out it is dislodged and ripping through his eardrum. ER doctor says it needs to come out immediately. We called they said 'you're fine' and won't take it out till next appointment."
