"The worst experience ever! Why am I seeing a PA and not a doctor! She didn’t know what it was then called in the wrong prescription to the wrong pharmacy. Then when different PA called me back the next day, she said they are so busy they just try to get “something” out there. This is horrible care and I will never go again. What is happening to the healthcare in our town!"

"RUN FAR AWAY. I am not one to write reviews but this was the most awful experience I've ever had. The front desk woman Kendra will blow off your concerns, lie to you and speak to you in the nastiest most condescending way. My insurance doesn't cover many urgent cares and the next closest one is an hour away. I will be making that drive no matter what and avoid this place like the plague. This place is a disgrace. Jacob and Elizabeth Miller are the only 2 good things about this place."

"The dr that came and took about 5 mins to talk to me wiped her hands and said not much I can do I’m going to send u to the er. She said u look like a tough chick u can look like u can handle it. I went in for a kidney infection. She even said I have a little infection in my urine and send me to the ER for my gallbladder!!!!!!! I will never go there again. Very upsetting and disappointed. The ER was no better!!!"

"I was seen here recently because I can't see my doctor until October. I was seen at the walk in clinic Tuesday, they put in orders for ultrasound. I get the ultrasound done Wednesday. Here nothing from the clinic even though the ultrasound report was available in my portal. So I called the walk in clinic Thursday morning to discuss my ultrasound report. I was treated so unprofessionally I wouldn't go back even if I was dying. The nurse I talked to told me "there is nothing wrong with you, follow up with your PCP" I explained I dont have one until October. He replied again "follow up with another provider, we've done all we can for you." now if I didn't have my ultrasound report sent to a vein specialist and trusty google I would have never known what was wrong with me. My ultrasound report did show a blood clot and luckily I was able to get into a specialist who will help treat it. The walk in clinic not only dismissed and lied about my diagnosis but treated me like a child for questioning what the nurse told me. Do not go here if you value your life or expect to be treated with intelligence, dignity or respect."

"I took my teenage daughter in on 6/11/23 and I seriously have no idea what these negative reviews are about. Either some people were having a rough day or there were some staff changes at the clinic. Regardless, this is by far the most pleasant experience I've had at a medical facility, let alone on a Sunday afternoon. First, the front desk receptionist really set the tone for a positive and caring environment that truly cared for patients. Our LPN who got us check-in and vitals was quite literally the most positive and happy person I've met in a long time and employees like that should definitely be valued. The doctor was also very thorough end explained her decision on diagnosis and treatment recommendation. Seriously....can we get more people like this in the healthcare profession?!!! Great job and thanks for taking care of us.....the two hour wait was worth it!"
