"This place was delicious! Takoyaki is huuuge. We also ordered the large chashu bowl to share and I was worried that it wasn't going to be super flavorful because we forgot to add sauce, but because of the 3 additional toppings, including spicy chicken, it was perfect! Super flavorful. We also got a sake to share. And that was all plenty for us two!"
"Killer spicy ramen with shoyu, added corn and soft boiled egg, side of gyoza and hot demon slayer sake. Fantastic meal all around. Good kick to the ramen and robust flavor. I strongly recommend the soft boiled egg and maybe other additions as the ramen could end up a little sparse compared to what you might expect Gyoza was also very good and tasted fresh. Can't go wrong with the sake. Currently in my top 3 for ramen / spicy noodle soup in Portland. Ramen Ryoma is definitely somewhere I'll come back"
"I had the Tamago Mayu ramen with miso base. It was exactly what I needed. Service was stellar! The mega beer is huge! My hot sake came with a napkin scarf. I'm kinda pissed that I live so far away from Ramen Ryoma. The chicken karaage was moist and crispy too."
"Solid ramen with extended evening hours for a late night meal in a city with very limited options after 8pm! Any flavor broth is flavorful and rich without being salty or too fatty. All the toppings are fresh and tender, especially the chashu. The noodles are a tad thicker and always have a great chew. Service is great, and it looks like they expanded next door so there won't be as much of a wait!"
