"Went into purchase a mattress on November 10th put a $200 deposit down and was told it would be there within an estimated 10 days. 20 days later I call and they tell me that their truck has to have a certain amount of weight on it for them to ship out and they were waiting for a certain amount of weight to be loaded on the truck. Now almost 30 days later I get a phone call and they tell me that the mattress was out of stock and will be delayed another week. So I call and politely ask for some kind of compensation for the delay, all I get in return from what I assume is the owner is a bunch of excuses that they did not know that the truck had to be at a certain amount of weight for shipment and also that the mattress went up in price $40 and that should be considered my compensation. What horrible customer service I can't believe you guys are still in business. I went to keep it local and this is what I get. I highly recommend people to shop somewhere else or at least if you do shop here get everything that the business owner says in writing or on video because they like to deny everything."
