"Just got my 2017 Dodge Ram truck bed recovered and they did a horrible job. First of all, My complaint was that they didn’t take the fabric all the way to the edge in some areas and that it will start to peel once water gets underneath. Secondly, they cut the material crooked and too short for my bed and wanted to put some adhesive in the areas where the fabric was short. Once we didn’t agree with that, Tyson the installer manager went south on us. Saying what do we expect, it was a 300lb man working on our truck and that he did the best he could do, instead of having someone more capable of getting the job done right. He argued and refused to correct the issue. So he then goes on to say well there’s nothing I’m going to fix or take the top off and redo, it’s gonna be half price and when the material starts peeling we can’t bring it back to him. I’ve never felt so humiliated in my life like this. Beware if you bring your auto to them don’t expect a professional looking job done. They are not customer friendly and no making sure the customer is satisfied at all. They definitely should not have a 4.7 star rating."
