Tutor Time of Lacey

"Please do NOT send your child to this day care. My 8 month old attended this facility for 2 weeks and we had to withdraw her. My daughter went 4 hours without eating while in their care. They attempted 1 time to feed her the bottle and did nothing more when she refused it. They were directed to feed her purées if she refused the milk and they did not do so. When I picked her up she was very weak and fatigue. During those two weeks there was little to no interaction with the babies. I watched the cameras like clock work and they would just leave my daughter laying around the floor crying for long periods of time to the point where she developed a rash on her face. No child deserves this kind of treatment. I do not recommend this day care."

"I LOVE Tutor Time of Lacey. This was my daughters first daycare and both she and I were both nervous for her to start. They welcomed her with open arms and have done everything to help make me and my daughter comfortable. I love having access to their video feed to watch her and love getting updates on their app to know how she's doing throughout the day. I love the teachers there and couldn't see her going anywhere else! 10/10 recommend!"

"Tutor Time and their staff have been amazing! My daughter has been going there since the age of 1 and is now 4 and they have been wonderful. I know that when I drop her off that she will be taken care of. They are great with communicating any incidents that may have occurred and also voice any behavioral issues. This is very important to my husband and I because it allows us to nip those issues in the butt right away which is imperative at this age. I want to mention Mrs. Makiah in particular because she has always been so great with our daughter and you can tell she truly cares. Mrs. Kristen the School Director has also been great to work with. Super accommodating to our needs, always friendly and caring. Mrs. Oxana also does a great job as well. The entire staff is just great! I highly recommend Tutor Time!"

"My son is 5 and loves this daycare! I’ve been taking him here since he was 1. The teachers are always so nice and friendly, as well as the directors! It’s comforting to know that your child is getting genuine care by the staff while your away. He gets to do fun activities and projects that’s he enjoys, and also gets that social interaction with his friends and teachers. Tutor time is a daycare I trust! And I’m so grateful for the experience my son and I have had there"

"My son has been attending this daycare for 2.5 years. It’s been amazing! Staff has always been able to communicate. They’re always friendly. Any time I’ve had a question or a concern they’ve been able to address it immediately! Denise & Desiree make my kiddo feel safe and he loves going to class with them! He has a great time and he always loves to tell me about his day! The cook Amanda goes above and beyond to make sure his food allergies are never an issue!!! AJ always has a smile on her face. She knows everyone by name and always makes sure your greeted when you pick up or drop off your kiddo. It certainly feels like a family there. The whole staff is AMAZING."
