Reviews
"Excellent venue. Unfortunately all traffic in and out of the upper areas goes down to one large set of stairs so leaving performances is a slow affair"
"I like this theater it is a beautiful theater. Today, I saw the show STOMP, which I really enjoyed, and I've seen many other performances at this theater that are just wonderful. I'm giving this a 4 star because the one thing that I don't like about this theater is the second floor. So if you sit in either the far left or far right on the second floor the ceiling kinda blocks your view so if performers are doing something high up u won't be able to see it for example. When I saw STOMP today, some of the performers were climbing a ladder up high and banging metal in the high area, and I couldn't see them. I wish whoever constructed this building would've taken the time to take that into consideration. So my recommendation is if u go to the second floor, my advice is to sit in the middle area there. The view is not obstructed. Other than that, it's a beautiful place."
"This is a spectacular and fun venue for a stage production/concert. The interior renovations feel both classy and modern, elevating the live performing arts. The vertical styles of seating meant everyone has a clear view. We can't wait to become season members!"
"It is so nice having a big performing arts center downtown. Most performances start around 7:30 so we’re usually home by 9:30. They have a great variety of shows throughout the year. The staff are always super friendly and helpful."
"They have student rush tickets advertised as a way to save money (come 30 minutes before and have $10 tickets for students with school ID) and I even called a week before the nutcracker to check and when I came to get tickets the day off, they told me that rush tickets weren’t available for this show. Then when I went to buy soda, they were going to charge me $2 per soda (which was fine) and then $8 for cups that can be brought to your seats but the cups were open with no lid. It didn’t make logical sense. I would have paid $10 to drink a beverage at the seats."
