"My son is Autistic and when I went to qfc today to pick up tylenol for him due to his headaches hes having I was unsure what to do. Hes 4 nearly 5 but does not use the little cup. Only the infant tylenol has the little plunger dispenser. I grabbed the tylenol for 2 and up and went to the pharmacy to see if they knew where I could get one and a lovely lady named sharon I believe just offered me one. She was very understanding. Thank you. I have bad anxiety and the experience was much appreciated."

"Terrible customer service. It took them over two weeks and multiple calls for them to fill a standard prescription I have had for some time. They blamed it on new insurance laws but given that they knew what the requirements were it amazes me how unorganized and unprofessional they were about this. They were rude, never apologized, took zeroe reaponsibility for following up with the physician, me and the insurance company and when they finally committed to having it filled by 5 pm today, they still don't have it filled and it's 630 pm. Do yourself a favor and don't bother coming here. I have been coming here for years and they have lost my business due to their terrible handling of this. I am making arrangements to have my prescriptions filled at Bartells from now on."
