"At 3:25 today my 4 year old daughter and I were using one of the 8 self checkout registers. My daughter was helping me scan our items with the hand held scanner and accidentally scanned one of our items twice. The attendant working there was immediately hostile towards my daughter requesting she move before fixing the error. She then proceeds to take the hand held scanner from her and tell us we can scan the rest of the items (2 remaining) with the scaled scanner. This immediately caused my daughter to cry. My question is, did it make you feel better to see a 4 year old visibly upset and in tears? We have been costumers to QFC for a decade, but as a result of this, I will not support this QFC with my business any longer. We were not holding up the line and if that was the concern the business should have opened the additional 8 checkout lanes that were closed."

"Very nice store. Plenty of parking and easy to find. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice Asian section. Plenty of sauces to use to make your favorite Asian meal. They stock Angelo Pietro Sesame Miso Dressing and Yamasa soy sauce. Very nice produce department. I like that they have 1 pound containers of sliced mushrooms."
