"Worst service I have every had. I rented a UHaul from them and reserved a week before. Truck was not there and they wanted me to take a much smaller truck. I had to drive an hour to get the size truck I wanted and then when I brought it back this store charged my card an extra $80 for no reason. I would go there again if it was the last gas station on earth. Don't rent a UHaul from these guys."

"Unempatheic & unhelpful employees! Refused to give me my money back when the air machine didn’t work when I tried to fill a flat tire — they admitted to not checking the machine after they said it was supposed to be fixed and refused to give me my money back!!! Oh and also said they didn’t have a “manager” — the owner should be advised their employees who have worked their for years are giving them a bad name. Worst service I’ve ever received!"
