"Phenomenal customer service! I have bought tools and delt with these guys many times over the years and consistently have a great experience. Recently I had a cordless tool sent in for a "possible warranty" repair. It was sent to Milwaukee and through a miscommunication somewhere Milwaukee ended up scrapping my tool and didn't relay that info to anyone. I ended up waiting for about two months and called MCK to find out when it would be back. They contacted Milwaukee and found out what had happened, then offered to replace my tool at no cost to me. I don't know whose fault it was that my tool was scrapped but I sincerely appreciate their superb customer service. Thanks MCK!"
"I recommend this place 100%. I have been shopping at MCK Tool for air fittings/tools, tap's, machine coolant, and misc tools for years. If you need something that is not in-stock they have a large catalog they generally can have it the next day form the warehouse. Some times MCK is more convenient than amazon and most the time a better price for Identical items."
