"Oh HF how I love thee… I’ve become a huge fan of getting most of my tools and hardware items from your vast assortment of high quality and inexpensive options. My collection of HF tools has been growing exponentially for the past 2+ years and now I’m about to embark on converting all my 20v battery tools to Hercules! Some my garage will be covered in Hercules blue and Warrior orange. The Inside Track Club membership has been well worth it - I’ve easily saved 20x my 2-yr membership fee."

"So this is pretty cool for anybody who works on foreign cars: They have a socket set of only 10 mm sockets for $15 - the perfect gift idea for your car friend! I picked up a couple of other things to make it easier to finish the brake job I started! I would give them five stars except when I looked for things online, I started filling my cart with items that were in stock in the store... only to find out that there is no option to pick up in the store, so that time read wasted and I had to go down there and start over. Overall the store has decent customer service and provides a great value for most things, particularly where precision or material strength isn't critical. When quality matters, their Icon line does a great reliable job of delivering a lot of value for the price!"

"Plenty of parking right in front of the store. Store is very clean and well organized. Lots of products on the shelf. I looked around the store for a while, and I did not see what I was looking for so I grabbed the things that I did get, and headed for the register. At the register I asked the clerk if she had ever seen what I was looking for? She said yes and took me to two places within the store and showed me first hand, she also left what she was doing just to help me. For customer service this store gets five stars. One of the best in Vancouver I will be coming back again and again."
