I would rate it higher and use it more if it wasn't due to how cramped and chaotic it can get when used during the hours where many are going to work or leaving work. While seemingly spacious when there is low traffic, you quickly feel like a canned sardine when business is in full swing. You have people from either side trying to secure a pump, and more often than not have to be aggressive on securing your spot, as many a person is willing to weasel it into their possession."
