"Grant came out to help us with a condensate drain line that was freezing up and shutting off the furnace. A little history: We have been Climate Control customers for many years. In about 2005, we had a 7 year old furnace that was not heating our home properly and also had a fan failure problem. We reached out to CC and they actually solved our cold house problems by replacing what turned out to be an improperly sized furnace. We have had regular service from them on our furnace and ac since. During the pandemic supply chain problems in July 2022, our 20+ year old ac failed. That was a very hot summer and CC was waiting for equipment, so we hired another company to replace our ac. Every winter since, the condensate line has frozen which shuts off the furnace. To restart it, we had to run a hairdryer on the tube in the basement where it goes through the foundation and also pour very hot water on the end of the exposed tube in the downspout outside. Fun times. I reached out to CC who came out and disconnected the drain the ac company had installed and reconnected the pump to the original drain they installed in 2005. I cannot say enough about CC. Their people are great!"
