"Today is 2/14/2024 I just went in there and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. The clerk was sitting in a room in the back video chatting and would not even come out. He's about 5 feet away from the counter. I ended up just taking my drink and walking out. I needed to be at work. Sorry customer service."

"The man at checkout was beyond rude to the customer before me, and even myself. I went in and had my Resusable Big Gulp Cup. from my understanding: 711 made these cups specifically for the price of "Refill 52oz AND MORE" so the price of the Refill is the base of $2 and some change. The man charged me for 2 Slurpies claiming the cup was too big. So far the best cashier I've had is a young person named Cody. I can only assume they took the online training on how 711 works. If you see anyone aside from Cody behind the register, just leave. Topping it all off this is by far one of the most expensive places in the valley for fuel. Why anyone would want to fill up here is beyond me. Edit 1: So I made a second trip. Purely for a flavor of slushy they have. I walked to the slushy machines, found the largest cup they had, an XL and filled it. Now where the slushies are there is No Price List. The closest list is the one on the Big Gulp machine. Pictures show a few of these prices. During/after checkout the man asked if I had done an online survey, and I replied yes. He did have a thick accent and it was tough to understand him at times. He seemed to understand when I talked. I decided to ask about the prices again. He took me over to where the machines are and He pointed out that there are No Price Tags for the Slushies. I pointed to the closest prices and he made it very clear that those prices are For Soda Only. Now we still have Two obvious problems. The Slushies have no prices until you get to checkout and it's scanned, and they charged me for two cups when I filled my One reusable cup. The man and I argued back and forth, unable to see each others point of view. I tried to get his name and I wasn't able to understand or possibly spell it, I asked him to write it down for me and he asked me to leave. That man in particular, should not be anywhere near a customer service job."

"They bake their cookies perfect. That is the only thing good about this place. Their employees are seriously lacking in customer service skills. they are never open. Their employee at night closes for everything he closes to take an order is he closes to mop he closes to wipe down counters. This place is never open. He's also rude and yells at customers. He also has accused customers of stealing including me. He had made me empty my purse and my pockets to show him that I was not stealing. He is miserable."
