"The craftsmanship and level of service Jonathan provides is truly amazing. He was incredibly transparent about pricing and even included some free materials when we accidentally bought the wrong backerboard! He communicated every step of the process to lay our floor in the bathroom, educated us on the tile setting process, and made sure every bit of work was done to our satisfaction. After the tile was set he noticed an error in his work (that we would have never seen) and came back to fix it at no extra charge. When everything was finished, he even helped us set the toilet back in place. Above and beyond what I would have expected.
