"Cashier, Kevin, handled awful, unruly customers while also checking out 20+ people alone. I would definitely revisit this dollar tree because of Kevin’s charisma and concern for customers and their time."

"I prefer the Lacey (Martin&Marvin)or Yelm locations but I come here most of the time because it's so close to my home. They usually have very long lines with only one checkout open but that's typical of every Dollar Tree I've been to. I'm giving this location two stars because they have so many empty shelves and it's been that way for quite a while. The main thing that I dislike is that the floors are very dirty. I realize the floors are old but a through cleaning would make a huge difference. What worse is the area outside the entrance. It has layers and layers of dirt and is really disgusting. It definitely needs a steam cleaning. Most of the employees are friendly but a few of them really don't seem to care. (I can't really blame them)"

"⭐️ Really only One cashier and manager won’t come out to help ! he keeps calling them for help 20 min plus now in line 1 register open. I am still in line with 30 people behind entire isle down and in 10 in front of me . I made it Steven cashier has a great attitude! They are lucky to have him! Don’t come here if you are in a hurry!"

"Went in this morning (saturday, 2/18) and every isle was like this. There were 2 employees stocking near the arts and crafts isle but not one of them offered to clear the walk way for anyone to pass by. In stead, the 2 women were laughing, discussing their amazing nights out the evening before. I almost said something to them but, what good would it have done? I tripped on an empty box that had falled over behind me (I was unaware it fell over after I passed by it). Do you think the employee asked if I was okay or offered to pick it up? NOPE. She literally turned around and acted as iff she hadn't seen me. I came in so I could buy a few items. I left with nothing because of how dirty, trashed and unprofessional this location is. I know it's "just the dollar store" but, come on now... Take pride in what you do. I honestly won't be coming back."

"This South Sound Dollar Tree is never kept clean. It is so poorly managed it reminds me of Mexico places with dirt floors. Today, not a shopping cart in site, and very few people had them in in store. Hello corporate ! Do something!!"
