"I was just shopping at this location and really enjoyed myself while shopping around the store but upon checking out, I felt very mistreated by the cashier. They were rude, curt and only gave me directives that made me feel as though I was stupid to not have the ability to read their mind. You expect to spend more money at New Seasons for quality products and hopefully good customer service, so I save up my money to be able to afford trips here but I will take my business elsewhere after this experience."

"Really friendly staff. They don't really approach you which is nice to be able. To say hey I could use some help, you know before you even pull your hood down out of the rain and Portland weather. Soup is worthwhile in the bigger containers. They also attract better outside living individuals who pan handle with good respect. Sad but that's actually a really good fact."

"If I were rating just the staff I’d put up 5 stars. The price gouging is wild though. They raised the price of their 4oz Kava from $46 dollars to $60. Meanwhile that same bottle of Kava still only cost me $40 online. New Seasons management has done everything to disrupt its employees efforts to unionize and make a living wage. I don’t see them passing on their profits to its workers. I just see em out here w/ the anti labor self checkout lanes. Not on my labor, not on my time. Pay your employees and stop extorting customers. Until then the only time I’ll be visiting New Seasons is on the picket line to support its employees efforts to unionize."

"i have been buying my weekly groceries at new season for over 5 years. the tall skinny manager has randomly started following me around every time i come in to shop at this location. tonight i was taking my phone out of my messenger bag and he came up to me and told me he saw me put something in my bag and was going to go check the security cameras. definitely not the friendliest store in town when they treat loyal customers like this"
