"Bought a BBQ from a different Home Depot, and began to assemble it. A step came up and I couldn't find a particular part. I searched for 20 minutes and finally admitted to myself that the part wasn't in the box. I called up this Home Depot and explained to them the situation. No questions asked, no doubt in their voice, they just told me to come in and they would get me the part. Went back home, and it turns out I was missing another 4 parts. Called again, and they were very accommodating. Everyone was very helpful despite the amount of people they had in the store. John and Eric from Garden, you guys are awesome!"
