Floor City

"Ordered over the phone, as the website wouldn’t allow me to pay. Flooring was to come to my local area, which was stated on my email confirmation. But when I got the email saying it was ready to be picked up, it said I had to drive 3 1/2 hours instead of the location agreed upon. I called and was told by the same salesperson that I would need to do that, apparently unaware that a 3 1/2 hour drive each way was at the very least inconvenient. I told her in no uncertain terms that wasn’t happening. I said that since it was their mistake, they needed to make it right. I was told she would have to talk to her supervisor and she would get back to me. After 2 hours and no call, I called her and was told she was working on it, and she would call when she had an answer. Another 3 hours went by with no call, so I called AGAIN. Oh yes, it could be moved to the correct location, and I could pick it up in 3 days. And I would get an email confirming that with the address. The 3 days is today, and nothing. Frustrated with their customer service? You bet."
