"One staff member was particularly helpful and knowledgeable and willing to talk about my project. Another staff member who helped me with my order for stamps seemed a bit grumpy or annoyed by me being there. They recommend placing the order ahead of time by phone since covid, but how was I supposed to know prior to showing up? Not everyone is a regular or a contractor."

"Bill helped me at the store. I was a few days past my return period. When I asked Bill what the restocking fee was his colleague named Ron patronizingly chuckled and said it's right next to the sign that says we have a 30 day return policy. Rob, if you want to work in the customer service field maybe you rethink your attitude towards your customers or go get another job. I've never been treated so rudely. I am not one to just complain on the internet. I also made sure to tell Mr. Ron how his patronizing and condescending attitude was felt and unappreciated in front of Bill. Thanks Bill...Rob, work in the back of the house! Or better yet consider firing him Westside. Nobody deserves to be treated so disrespectfully. 1 STAR (BILL 5 STARS) Follow up: after talking with Brad at corporate HQ about this issue he apologized and took the time to listen and understand and reasured me he would be dealing with the situation - 5 STARS! Follow up: I called back to discuss and process with Rob the same day hoping he would have some understanding of his arrogance. He didn't seem to have a clue how he could have managed to make me feel disrespected, unsafe, and unvalued as a customer. He thought he was "adding humor" to a tense situation because Bill was accepting my return against policy. I told him that things started feeling tense when he started laughing at me and telling me to look at the signs on the wall instead of treating me like a person. It was obvious through my discussion with him that he is incapable of looking at a situation on how he potentially comes off to a customer in anyone's position but his own. 1 STAR"
