Reviews of Keller Supply Kitchen & Bath Showcase
"Terrible customer service. They didn't have a crimp tool in stock. They were hesitant to give plumbing advice and all of their fittings and pex type piping seems to be proprietary to their company. They couldn't tell me if their crimp rings would work on other pex type piping. In a pinch I would still recommend them for tubes or fixtures. Otherwise I would go to Ferguson's in port orchard."
"Extremely UN-professional! When you select PRO'S in the industry to help you out with work, you would expect that they would give you the customer service that go's along with working with professionals. Keller not only lacks that commitment to customer service, but for some reason Pat find's no fault in talking smack about contractors who are sending them business! do yourself a favor and don't waste the time, might as well do it your self. I would give no stars."
"We've been remodeling a house that we live in for seven years, yes, that is not a misprint. When we started the project we purchased two showers at Lowe's and within a year both of them were leaking. Knowing we didn't want to buy the same thing we decided to stop in at Keller Supply and see what they had that might be a little more durable. We found a much thicker fiberglass shower for the master bath and an acrylic corner shower for the guest/kids bath and while it was a little more than Lowe's it was NOT a lot more and well worth the extra dough. They have a fairly extensive showroom upstairs so you can get an idea of what is available and they even have a few things in stock if you're in a hurry. Since they did us right on the showers and doors we also purchased our new kitchen sink faucet there too from their large display. You can even turn some of them on and see how they work. All-in-all Keller Supply is my new go-to plumbing supply store, their quality products and fair prices will keep me coming back. At least until this remodel is done."
"I have a 15 year-old Grohe bathroom sink faucet in which the valves are separate from the mixer (spout). The hose connecting the cold water valve to the mixer began to leak, and a quick trip to Kitsap Lumber revealed that Grohe engineers come from a different universe from those that manufacture "universal" faucet hoses. I brought the leaky hose to Keller, and the counter-person (didn't get his name, alas) was very helpful in trying to solve the problem. When it became apparent that they didn't have a replacement in their cannibalization bins, he tried to help me find a kludge (but we just wound up discovering that all its fittings were non-standard). Luckily my wife kept good records of that long-ago remodel, so we could research down through parts catalogs to the hose's part number. I was given the phone number of a supplier in Vancouver WA, who quickly agreed to mail me a replacement, gratis. Under the circumstances (absent supernatural intervention), I can't imagine a better outcome."
"All I needed was to replace my boiler circulation pump. I would rather support local business so I gave them a call. Keep in mind I've used them before to buy parts but mostly plumbing. I spoke with Ole and we said they stocked pumps but wouldn't sell to my because I wasn't a licensed heating contractor. Really?? I was willing to pay more locally yet he wouldn't even talk to me. As far as I'm concerned they have lost all my business and I won't recommend them to anyone else either. I'm an electrical engineer and pretty sure I can handle changing a pump. Thanks Ole for losing my business!!"
