"Really good food! We loved everything! The Shanghai chicken and shrimp noodles, soup dumplings, pork Rib bao buns, green beans, and cucumbers! Loved the atmosphere and decor. Would definitely go back! We seemed to have gotten a table just in time before it got busy!"
"Went here few days after a snowstorm to have nice warm xlb and was very disappointed with the baos. They tasted very weird...as if they were spoilt. Pork and cabbage Baozi also was very bland. Five spice popcorn chicken was mediocre. We also got the Shanghai pork and shrimp noodles. That tasted kinda good."
"Service is good, the kitchen is right next to the seating area so you can easily ask the servers if you need anything. Even when the kitchen is there, the place doesnt smell strongly of fire or gas. The place is nicely decorated and is clean. The issue I have is with the food. The food is cooked well and the popcorn chicken is nicely breaded, but everything is seasoned in a different way that I expected. It's more of an Asian fusion with another culture I cannot place. The xiaolong boa broth tasted like a seasoned meaty pho broth with an extra punch of some sort of spice. It's not bad, it's simply not what I'm used to and expected xiaolong boa to taste. Besides that, it was warm, soft, and meat was good. Just the taste threw me off. The meat bao was good, light and fluffy. The sauce it's served with is sweet and salty, not bad at all. The noodle dish could be more delicious, but it was the most under seasoned dish out of all. It needed more salt, and adding a bit of soy sauce didn't taste the best with the flavor they were going for. Overall, it is a nice place and clean, service is good, but if you're looking for a traditional Chinese or Taiwan restaurant, this isnt the place."
"The beef ho pow and the garlic eggplant with tofu were my favorite dishes out of the 6 dishes we tried. The flat noodle dish was excellent and next time will order the other one. Definitely would recommend this place! 4.8/5"
