"After months of searching for the right hardwood, I found DeMar. I called and spoke with Destry, who recommended a few different independent contractors who could help with install. After finding the best contractors based on our needs, we went in to find flooring. We were greeted by Destry who took the time to understand what our short term and long term renovation goals were before walking us through the store and recommending different products we might want to explore. We were given space and time to explore at our leisure, with Destry a few steps away for any questions that arose. And Destry was incredibly patient when we were placing our order and contemplated changing out one of the items. And once the hardwood was installed and we realized we were short one t-mold, Destry was quick to make some calls and get us another one within a day of reaching out. The overall experience was significantly less stressful than other places we had visited where we felt pressured into buying expensive flooring we don't need given this is a temporary flooring solution.
