"I came in for lumber today a number of hardware items and paint. No one at the paint desk to help me, despite me asking several times. I was finally told he was cutting blinds and it would be a while. While they would have us feel sorry for Lowe's because they didn't make budget expectations they cleared over 30 billion in profit last year. Someone is giving us a swan song as a means to cut customer service resources so low. I'm sorry there should be one more person in the store who can mix paint and cut blinds. They don't even employ cashiers anymore, it's all self-service. I think this is why so many people are moving to Amazon, wayfair, etc. I went to home depot. They had 2 people in the paint department, younger employees and helpful/kind."

"For this Lowe's being in essentially what I would consider at times a war zone, through no fault of their own, I am pleased every time I shop here. The staff is friendly, the things I need are usually well stocked, the app makes it easy to find things in the store. I have purchased a few power tools and unfortunately these days the tools are locked up. When I find an associate to get me the desired tool they do so quickly and with a smile. On-line orders are filled in usually less than a day and the in-store locker pickup makes it quick and easy."
"Rented carpet cleaner and associate was rude and unhelpful, didn't bother showing how to disassemble or clean unit. Thoroughly cleaned unit but refused deposit on return. Manager actually stated I should have carried the cleaner through the parking lot because it's not clean enough. Cleaner was spotless in my car, but picked up dirt being wheeled in from the parking spot. Employees showed zero empathy, moved slowly, and spoke rudely. Will never return to this location for any reason."
"The lady in the front named aliyah wouldn't let me use the restroom, I was gonna buy some products in the store but now I won't go there again ever and to support a store that is prejudice and rude dont spend your dollars here :( I then asked another guy if I could use the restroom and he said customer service has the say. I took pictures of both these employees. Customer service lady was prejudice! DONT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE I wanted to add that I was going to buy light bulbs and equipment for my sink and tub lost my business forever."
