"Service was incredible The homeless outside make the best sandwiches. A crack addict though did attack me after coming away from the encampment in the parking lot Definitely a 3 star because the crack addict already had a sandwich and I was still hungry."
"Customer service was horrible. I was asking about garbage disposals. Was told to order online would get it in 2 days. WHAT? Went over to look at fencing options I had looked at online and there wasn't any help there. I didn't bother trying to find someone to help find the parts i needed to repair the plumbing under the bathroom sink. I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman when the B_ _ _ _ _ _ in the clothing store wouldn't help her. I did see something I needed and bought it. Won't be going to that store ever. Was in the one in Vancouver WA the week before. They were awesome. But it's a long drive to go there.."
"I don’t like Home Depot overall for their poor customer service. But this location was just a complete nightmare of a shopping experience. I was buying a shower kit planning to spend over $1k, I waited for a long time to get someone’s attention to help me find an item I was looking for. And when a person finally approached me they angrily instructed me to leave the store immediately… It was the store manager. I was really confused and felt a little threatened by her tone of voice. Turns out some crazy customer, a woman with green hair, complained about me supposedly following her around the store while I was clearly minding my own business, in fact I didn’t even see that woman until the manager approached me. In the end I was kicked out of the store..! Lost for words, I headed towards the cashier, a lady at the desk later told me that they knew about this woman and that she was seen stealing goods from the store before. And I was asked to get out of the store where I came to make purchases… What in the world! The manager lady didn’t even apologize for the incident and I was left extremely disturbed by my visit. Seattle is full of mentally ill people, it’s true, but why should that affect my store visit, and why was the management so rude towards me? They can and should improve security to prevent shoplifting and to make sure customers like this are banned from entering the store. Wake up!"
"Three years ago, I carpeted the downstairs recreation room in my house. Due to a water leak I have to replace the carpet. I didn’t have any original paperwork so I called Home Depot on Delridge to try and find out both the square footage and the type of carpet I had ordered years ago. I tried calling several times with no response from the carpet department and I realized I called at the busiest time of day so I hung up and thought I would try later. Much to my amazement, 15 minutes later, the phone rang and it was Ben from Home Depot carpet department. He had noticed my phone call in his system and realized that he had missed it and so he called me back! He researched my original purchase, told me the square footage , told me the price and told me about the current availability of that carpet. So very friendly and cheerful . Ben is in an amazing asset to Home Depot and I hope they appreciate him. The service he provides is just incredible, “priceless” as they say."
"Great selections and good prices what more could you ask for. They had no problem returning two cans of flex seal I have had for months trying to return and they gave me store credit and I love Home Depot.."
