"I am extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of food and customer service at this wok. The food was subpar; particularly, the BBQ chicken had an odd taste, indicating it might not be fresh. Additionally, the service was appalling. I requested an extra plate to share food with a child, and was told it would cost $2 for an additional box. When I asked for more chopsticks, they charged 25 cents each. There were also no cups available for water. They charge unreasonable $$$ for everything. Such a horrible customer service, I would NEVER come again. Hope this store shut down."
