"Tire service to replace one car tire was kinda high. Oil change was a normal price. They were very fast. Had my car in immediately. They finished fast too. They were very nice and courteous. They also offer tinting as well. This location is far from my house but I’ll certainly be coming here again for future service."

"After leaving the local Ikea one of my wheels started making a horrible shrieking noise. I thought it might be a bad bearing and since I live up north I was freaking out thinking I would need an expensive tow and an expensive uber to get home then back to whatever shop the car went to. Thankfully I saw that Raptor was nearby and had good reviews so I risked driving the block or so. The guy I talked to there (I forgot to ask his name) was very friendly and helpful. He said it was probably the brakes and offered to put the car on the lift to check what the problem was with no commitment to anything. Turns out it was a stuck brake caliber which he fixed quickly as well as taking care of a tire replacement that I had been putting off for too long. Overall I waited for maybe a little over an hour total, so it was super painless! He mentioned that some other shops might have told me I needed a much more extensive brake repair/replacement and as someone who's not very knowledgeable about cars I'm sure I would have believed him and paid the extra. I appreciated the honesty and it always is really nice to see when a shop isn't trying to take advantage of you. Definitely would recommend and would use their services again."
