"Similar to others who have left reviews, my experience was disappointing after purchasing a new vehicle and then pursuing Service at this dealership. The challenges I experienced were first needing to wait nearly one month to get an appointment for a simple tire rotation. Second, on the day of service, it took nearly 3 hours for them to perform the rotation as part of the “free” maintenance that is included with the new vehicle purchase. This 3 hours was simply for the rotation, as no other typical “niceties” were included such as a car wash or basic vacuum nor oil change since the car is an EV (to be fair they did provide a car wash coupon, which was appreciated). This was pretty disappointing and of questionable value given the time and effort required for such a basic service. They also neglected to reset the service notice reminder on the vehicle. Also please beware that if called, they are unlikely to answer the phone. I truly hope the management will address the issue or hire more staff. Buyer beware for those that are looking to buy a new car and get it serviced at this dealership. Update: more recently things seem to have improved with answering of phones and appointment wait times. Updated stars accordingly"
"I had a fantastic experience with Car Pros - Hyundai. My car unexpectedly went into Limp Mode, and I had to tow it to their office on a Saturday. On Monday, I received a call from their Service Manager, Andy, who guided me through the process. I was anxious about the issue and, more importantly, unsure how long my car would be in the shop, as I also needed to drop my child off at school early in the morning during winter. I reached out to Andy, requesting assistance, and he went above and beyond. He ensured that my car's diagnostics were completed in the next couple of days and promptly fixed the issue. Seeing my car back brought immense relief, especially for my son, who was delighted. Thank you, Andy, and Car Pros Hyundai of Renton, for providing exceptional service. To Andy, if you happen to read this review, please know that you are a wonderful employee and ambassador for Car Pros, and Hyundai should be aware of your outstanding contributions."
"Horrible my engine is in warranty and they do not want to value the warranty of my Hyundai Sonata 2015. Hyundai as the company has a recall on this engine and they keep asking more papers and evaluations when this engine has been recalled. Causing a really serious issue of safety, car stops when you are driving and you just lose control over it. The engine has a knocking noise and shakes when on. My car has all the symptoms stated in the webpage of Hyundai for this problem. Hyundai has to be responsible to agree to this warranty. Will keep updating until issue is resolved by the time , I am left without no car loaner or rental. And as a disabled person this has been hard and btw still paying for a car thats in dealer not working . It is dissapointing. Warranty was accepted since last week after a lot of hustle by the Hyundai, the mayor detail the engine arrives in 6 months. I just want it fixed Hyundai has aggreed to a rental me paying it and they will reimburse. Who has 6 months for a car rental and at the end get paid? I am just dealing with this frusttration of being left without a car so much time when i really need it. Not a luxury a need. Its been 3 weeks. I wish I had knew how bad the quality of Hyundai was and all recalls it had."
"Had a flat and needed air in my tire. I had spoken with a gentleman who had said they were all booked up for the day. I had reiterate that I just need my tire inflated, and still insisted they were too busy. Thank goodness, Dodge was right across the street and they had checked all my tires in less than 10 minutes."
