Returned a year after for required differential fluid change. Once again I was able to schedule an appointment for a reasonable time and a reasonable quote. The turnaround again was one day. When I left the shop i made a left turn and my car made the loudest cackling cracking type noise I've ever heard. So I took it to a friend and he said it was very clear my suspension had been cut in the front.. Like a precise cut. It was intentionally done and funny enough that was on the list of things they claimed I needed repaired. Before I took my car to them that was certainly not an issue.
