"This business was recommended in light of Covid-19 as being well-run and Covid-aware. It is a junky cluttered shop. No temp check. The owner was wearing a face shield but no mask. He said he couldn't wear a mask because it fogged up his glasses. He pointed to what looked liked a homemade jury-rigged apparaturs that he claimed was a super air exchanger. But there was no air exchanger in the adjacent room where the shampoo bowl was located. I chose to leave after five minutes and will now be uneasy about my health even though I was wearing a mask."
