"A little pricey, but high quality. They do facials on Saturdays in a very comfortable setting with nice music, but be prepared to still hear the activities going on in the Salon as well. They sell gift cards. The restroom is clean and everyone gets their own towel. Very nice place with a resident chocolate lab. Receptionist is extremely kind and understanding when Google Maps led me astray. (Don't worry, I submitted a correction already. She said she had called several times to get it corrected, but I think doing it online did the trick!)"

"This was my second attempt to use salon Milano for a haircut. I went last year, and the girls over textured my hair, making it look stringy and sick. The manager kindly fixed it. I thought I'd try again, because I really want to go somewhere I can walk to. There was a new girl this year. I wanted my same haircut with a trim; it took her almost an hour. She made super small adjustments here, there, silently and fastidiously trimming my hair. I felt like she was too scared to cut it. Then she blew it out into a style completely different from the one I asked for - I never use products or blow my hair. She never showed me the back. What this tells me is that this salon has high turnover and limited or no mentorship, and it's not getting better anytime soon."
